Description
Black and white photograph showing wartime women trainees and a film crew making a film on the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company Limited butty narrowboat 'Pavo'. The women are on the back of the boat behind the cabin and the film crew are stood on top of the cabin. (On the side of the cabin is written "G.U. 12401", "Reg at Brentford No 503", "S.W. 11.44" and underneath this "G. U. C. C. Co Ltd" and the number "327") Photo taken late September 1945.
