Black and white photograph showing a group of women trainees on the Grand Union Canal Carrying Company Limited narrowboats "Dipper" and 'Sun'. The women in the photograph include Eily (Kit) Gayford who was the trainer and is wearing the cap, also Audrey Harper, Evelyn Hunt, mary Vanderpump, Monica Martin, also known as frankie Campbell-Martin and Anne Blake standing on the 'Sun'.
