Black and white photograph taken by W Alexander showing the "British Waterways 284" butty narrowboat "Gretna" being towed along the Grand Union Canal at Blisworth by a British Waterways motorboat. Taken from the side of the canal looking towards the back end of "Gretna", there is a woman steering the butty with a child sat on the cabin roof in front of her. The motorboat can be seen in the distance. Both boats are loaded with coal.
