Fellows, Morton & Clayton butty narrowboat 'James' being tugged at Blisworth Cutting

Description

Black and white photograph taken by W Alexander showing the Fellows, Morton & Clayton butty narrowboat "James" being tugged along the Grand Junction Canal at Blisworth Cutting. Taken from the side of the canal looking at the back of the butty, it can be seen that "James" is the last in a line of boats being tugged by the tunnel tug. There is a woman stood on the back of "James" steering the boat and people are visible on the other boats in the train and on the towpath to the right of the canal.
