Contract between he Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations and Mathew Frost and John Bate to "extend" the Bentley Canal between the Anson Branch Canal and the Wyrley and Essington Canal at Wednesfield. Includes a copy of the tender submitted by Frost and Bate to complete the works required.
