Contract for public works between the Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations and Mathew Frost of Bilston and John Bate of Hednesford, contractors. Drawings of bridges and locks, plan and longitudinal section of route of canal, sections of culverts and roads. Drawings signed "Walker & Burges June 1841", "John Bate", "Mathew Frost".
