Description
Contract for Public Works between the Company of Proprietors of the Birmingham Canal Navigations and John Woodward of Huddersfield, contractor, signed by Woodward and witnessed by Clement Ingleby and A Preston of Waterloo Street Birmingham. Plan, elevation and sections of lock, drawings of components and structure of lock and plan showing length of canal covered by contract. Drawings signed by Walter and Burges and John Woodward.
