Abbreviations: LB = large book; SB = small book; WB = Warwick and Birmingham; WN = Warwick and Napton; JN = Birmingham and Warwick Junction. In the LB/WB/A/1 running series, the penultimate character relates to the landowner's surname and the final character is a running number.
