Cromwell Lock
Standard four boat Trent Lock- Length 187'0", Width 30'0"
250 Ton carrying capacity motor vessel- 120' Long, 17'6" Beam, 7'6" moulded depth and penning loaded through the lock
November 2018 - information received suggests that this is the steam barge "Cite de Paris" loaded with gravel from Winthorpe pit. 120 feet x 16 feet 6 inches, load as a steamer would be no more that 200 tons. Owned by the Lincoln and Hull Water Transport Company, it was one of their former WW1 Admiralty bages built in 1915 to work in France.
