Includes a press cutting from the 'Iron and Coal Trades Review' dated April 24, 1942 about the scheme, correspondence from the Grand Union Canal Company engineer, CA Wilson to the magazine 'Modern transport' about their article on the scheme and a letter signed "D.G.M" in response to the scheme.
