Description
View of a counterbalanced railway lift bridge near Leicester Station. The bridge carries a single railway line across the canalised Soar to a large shed. The bridge is a low level bridge with a lifting section immediately next to a twin arched ornate iron bridge, Soar Lane bridge 3. Both LMS and Midland Railway signs can be seen on the bridge.
