Views of the canal and locks showing side ponds at Buckby Locks, British Waterways maintenance flat no 217 moored above the top lock no 7 with a lock house alongside and Watling Street Bridge below it, a rope worn wooden bollard and a pair of loaded narrowboats [motorboat 'Bison', butty 'Neston'] emerging abreast from beneath a brick arch bridge [Long Buckby Bridge no 13] , the motor of the pair has a Coronation poster on its deck board, a boatman and woman can be seen on the pair.
