Myton Aqueduct carrying the Grand Union Canal over the railway, between Leamington Spa and Warwick.

Description

Black and white photograph taken from above a railway line, shows the aqueduct which takes the Grand Union Canal across the tracks. There are railway wagons travelling underneath the aqueduct. The aqueduct was constructed c. 1851-2, and the trains were originally owned by the Birmingham & Oxford Junction Railway.
