Joe Taylor at Island Toll House in Smethwick on the Birmingham Canal Navigations
Description
Black and white photograph showing Joe Taylor stood by a plank bridge which crosses the canal, he is holding a large spanner to one end of the bridge. At the other end of the bridge there is a man with a bicycle who is starting to cross. There are several notices on the side of the toll house, including one which reads "Cycling Strictly Prohibited".
