Black and white photograph looking across the canal towards the boatyard, boats shown are the "Alfred Simpson" boat "Arthur" which is on the canal, and the "J & E Morton Milnsbridge" boat "Florence" which has a compartmented hold for carrying chemical carboys. There are workers stood on and around the boats.
