Motor barge 'W E Burton' at Alder Root Bridge on the Sankey Canal
Description
Black and white photograph showing the motor barge as it travels along the canal, there are dumb barges behind it. The barge is passing through a bridge which is being constructed, the supports and one end of the bridge have been built. There are smartly dressed men stood beside the canal.
