Agreement between Mayor, Aldermen and and Burgesses of the Borough of Reading, acting as the District Urban Sanitary Authority, and the Great Western Railway. Also regarding alteration works to the locks and pipe laying and maintenance in the area to be carried out by the Sanitary Authority. Unsigned.
