Copy of original, nd [late 19th century]. Shows land adjacent to canal purchased by Thomas Philpotts Esquire. Land bordered by Messrs Philpotts, Baker, Gibbins, Washbourne and the Anti Dry Rot Company. Also shows "Old Sudbrook" and "New Sudbrook" with culvert to canal.
