Description
The Thomas Clayton pair Spey and Ohio, loaded with fuel oil rise up the top lock of the Northgate staircase at Chester. The can has been taken from its place by the chimney of Ohio, ready to be filled with fresh water. The different arrangement of the hatches on the motor, Spey and the ex-horse boat Ohio is seen. For safety the tiller from Ohio has been laid on the cabin top.
