Administrative / Biographical history

Herbert Webb (1913-2010) was a British Waterways' employee based at first on the Trent Navigation in Nottingham and then subsequently (during the Second World War) at Newark. He was awarded with a British Empire Medal for his services. He returned to Nottingham after the war.
