Original log book entitled 'From Avon to Avon' of a journey in motor boat "The Glider" from Semington bottom lock on the Kennet and Avon Canal to Evesham/Glovers Island/Warwickshire/Avon. There is also a typewritten copy with notes on the text and a digital copy on disc. Mr Smith's daughter Rosemary Devonald, has also provided a biography of her father and a copy of newspaper reviews by the North Wilts Herald on Mr Smith's previously published book 'Through the Kennet and Avon Canal by Motor Boat' in which he describes his canal journed on this canal in 1928.'Avon to Avon' was never published.
