Suction unloading of short boat 'Jeanette' at Liverpool on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal
Description
Black and white photograph taken from the side of the canal, shows the bow of John Parkers boat where "Jeanette" is written. There are 2 men stood on coal in the hold of the boat and there are 2 pumps leading from an industrial building into the coal. There are other boats on the canal loaded with coal, the area is surrounded by industrial buildings.
